Forms
Our Association uses several forms for different reasons. One form is the Architectural Form if you wish to make changes to the exterior of the unit. You must fill out the form, with plans or a drawing and present to the Board of Management for approval prior to performing any changes
Another form is the Landscaping Request. This form is used to ask permission to put any plants, trees, shrubs, etc., in the common area again submitted to the Board of Management for approval.
We also use a Complaint form that a unit owner fills out and presents to the Board of Management concerning any type of
issue(s) or problem(s) that the unit owner has regarding anything within the Association.
